These courses were established in 1994 with the motto “Each house shall become a workshop” in order to generalize culture, art and aesthetic senses in the society, to contribute in protection and development of our cultural possessions, to equip our women with new knowledge and skills and to let them have professions, to support their family economy, to let our women have the habit to live and work together, to reinforce friendship, cooperation and confidence in the society and to ensure efficient use of spare times. Occupational and handcraft courses within 25 branches have been realized at 6 primary centers and 116 course locations.
